Double Vision Development takes pride in building safe, quality housing units that enable the integration of special needs populations into the community through placement in supervised housing. In order to make each tenant feel part of the community, Double Vision Development makes sure each housing unit is located within an established neighborhood and is in close proximity to grocery and entertainment opportunities. The buildings’ exteriors are carefully designed to complement those of ther homes within the neighborhood, yet provide a unique,

personalized entrance. Housing unit interiors are handicapped accessible and are painted per the tenant’s wishes so that the unit provides a safe and comfortable environment. Each living unit has a full kitchen complete with all major appliances. The bathroom is fully accessible, with a roll in shower and handrails in key locations. Each house also contains a laundry room equipped with both washer and dryer. Finally each tenant has their own bedroom which is fully customized to meet their needs and personal styles.
