Double Vision Development, LLC is a real estate development company based out of Avoca, Iowa. It was started in February of 2006 by Joy Hanser and Jan Campbell upon request by a service provider for a pre-vocational facility and multiple housing units.

Double Vision Development is committed to the development of functional, stimulating pre-vocational facilities and quality, affordable housing that supports the integration of adults into the community. Their goal is to build pride, sense of worth, and to provide opportunities for community integration.

Double Vision Development’s commitment to quality and comfort includes 24-hour customer service and the desire to provide state of the art handicapped accessible environments while individualizing personal space.

Through the building of pre-vocational facilities and housing units, Double Vision Development also supports the opportunity for job growth in communities where the facilities are built. They take pride in knowing that the facilities will support future growth for both service providers as organizations and for the communities in which they are located.
